What is worship at Bethany like?

We look forward to you joining us for a worship service!
Dress Come as you are; we welcome you just as you are.
Music Worship is a participatory experience. Most of our music comes from the rich tradition of hymns in the Lutheran Service Book. About twice a month at our Sunday 10 am services, we sing contemporary Christian music.
Prayer During Sunday services, our prayers acknowledge our dependence on God, our Father, in all things. We pray for the needs of the church and its members.
Message Our teaching and preaching aim to communicate God’s Truth in compelling, relevant ways. We pray that each service’s message blesses the preaching of the word, penetrating our hearts and impacting our lives in the week ahead.
Offering We give generously as an act of worship, not under compulsion but out of a joyful heart.
Security Entrance doors will be locked about 15 minutes after worship starts and will remain locked after worship ends. This change enhances safety during worship by preventing unauthorized entry. Doors will be unlocked for special activities like community meals and other planned events. 🚪🔒
