Community Events

Kaukauna Farmer’s Market
  • Bethany will participate on August 13 and September 10, 4:30–8 PM
  • Volunteers will greet, distribute water/snacks/Bibles
  • Sign up at the information counter

Summer Community Cookout
  • Final cookout: Sunday, August 24 after 10 AM service
  • RSVP at the information counter
  • Bring a side dish or dessert
  • Bethany provides meat, drinks, and tableware
 

Volunteer Opportunities

  • Video Team: Help record the late service. Contact Pastor or the office.
  • Quilters: Meet first and third Mondays at 1:00 PM. Contact Joyce Schmoeker at 920-766-1273.
  • Little Food Pantry: Donations accepted in bin next to Greeter counter.
  • Church Council Roles Open:
    • Director of Finance
    • Director of Evangelism
    • Church Council Secretary
    • Contact Pastor or office for job descriptions
  • Greeters/Readers Needed: Family units welcome. Contact Elder Evan Bradtke at ebradtke2@gmail.com or (262) 751-9838.
  • Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry:
    • August donations: canned sweet potatoes, conditioner, baked beans/pork beans, paper plates
    • Drop-off: Box at bottom of balcony stairs
 

Notices & Reminders

  • Alley Access: May be temporarily restricted due to city’s Alley Project.
  • Mailbox by Office Door: For Operation Christmas Child donations (school supplies like markers, colored pencils, crayons).
  • Prayer Shawl & Saturday Ladies Brunch: Will resume in fall.
  • Dumpster Use: For personal disposal, notify office, Pastor, or Bob Koehler.
  • Building Use: After events, designate someone to check water, lights, and doors.
